Following with the topic for last week, the internet technology makes more way for new piracy, which is mainly based on the file download and sharing. This is really a common behavior even happening on ourselves.

The file sharing really brings much more convenience to our daily life. It's easy, convenient and free. All the people will accept it and like it in personal view. So the view from people makes struggle against the view, which is from the right and interests from producers.

The focus of the struggle is whether file sharing should be considered as a piracy and crime, and whether it should be forbid.

Considering this problem from the external view, the sharing obviously shoud be defined as a piracy and must be limited by related law. Because it destoryed the related industries and culture renew, in the way it reduce their income. If the industries was force to closed, the related market will appeara situation that supply is less than demand, the price will increase, the people will pay more money on it. The piracy will be more popular for the reason high price. This bad circle will run once and once again. From the long views, this sharing activity should be limited by law. Only in this way, the related market can develop in a well-balanced way.
